i was on my way to work tuning in to 98.7fm around 8ish
and it was dan and yang hosting the show
one of their friends found out the wife was cheating on him with a colleague.
she got tipsy and they kiss and one thing lead to another and they ended up in bed.
but i believe this a one-time affair cause she confessed to her hubby about what she did

so this morning show, they were getting listeners to call or sms in whether
will they give their other half a second chance if they've cheated or once you're caught, you're out.

at the end of the show, the poll shows 67% says no and the remaining say yes they will take their other half back.
what about you?

as i was tuning in i felt it takes 2 hands to clap.
i believe the wife is probably feeling neglected and lonely without the company of her hubby and there is her colleague, right in front of her. (guys never seem to understand the assurance, touch and concern girls always want. they just feel we're whinny and attention-seeking! right ladies? haha)

anyway the colleague is there for her, them seeing each other each day and he just shower her with the kind of care and concern her hubby never did. im sure she fell for it

i feel her hubby should also sit down and think through if he actually lead to this.
because she able to confess to him about what she did, shows she's really remorseful and loves her hubby alot.
if she no longer feel for him or the relationship, im sure she can carry on hanky-panking with her colleague and he will never find out since they're working together.

some callers call in and say they've forgiven their other half but they forgive and do not forget. i guess it just boils down to how deep your love for one another is. you can forgive the other person but you'll never forget what they did. it's like a scar buried deep down in your heart and if a quarrel happens, this would definately be a topic brought up.

guess if the couple really want to work things out, they'll find a way to resolve this and make peace =)

in office now. 1 more hour left to go...*tick tock.tick tock*
brrr...its so cold....been raining almost whole day
do you feel really lazy to go to work at times.
especially when its raining and all you want to do is to snuggle up in bed
and tuck into your thick blanket and sleep for all you want.
i really have this feeling this morning cause it's been pouring heavily since 4am
and i just want to sleep sleep sleep
but too bad...still gotta drag myself up
after snoozing my alarm clock for many times of cos haha

hmm, i gotten myself a new pair of glasses.
optical 88 actually do have some pretty nice glasses at an reasonable price too.
$99 bulks inclusive of lens and frame.
but of cause your degree can't be more than 400.
but anything more than 400 i think chances of going blind is pretty high haha

my bank account seem to be depleting!
god knows why. i hardly shop these day.
too lazy and tired to shop after work.

sometimes i wonder is it someone heck into my account and withdraw my $$$

fun-filled saturday

last 2 saturday spend was great

first saturday was spend with mr-oke at changi airport terminal 3
lancer car club organized a tour to terminal 3
50 mitsubishi lancer attended and mr-oke's precious was one of the 50
honda fit and jazz and kia car club was there too
its a road stress test, to test out the roads, carpark and erp system blar blar blar
and a tour by the airport personnel to show us around T3

T3 is sooooo huge and nice!!
a total of 7 storeys
and its full of greenery and waterfalls. creates a serene kinda feeling/atmosphere
the ceiling is also filled with 900 over solar panels so it cuts down on electricity for lightings
there's a vacum toilet as well. apprantently, this vacum toilet in the airport is one for the first in the world (if i rem correctly)
T3 will be catering for SQ flights to japan and europe areas.
not sure if they will be adding anymore countries for that terminal but comparing T3 to T1 and T2, T3 decoration and design is really state of the art! whoo~

last saturday was mr-oke birthday
a little hiccups occur but all went well
we went to katong village for dinner at a HK cafe followed by chilling out session at airport coffeebean
haha looks like i have some kinda chemistry with airport
2 weeks in a roll and workplace is near to airport too hohoho
head back to oke resident for a good night sleep

woke up the next day to go to tampines courts megastore to get mr-oke a fan for his room
stupid aircon died.
don't get mitsubishi electric aircon!
meet up with MNG for movie.

omg, its super hilarious.
you'll literally laugh from beginning till the end.
there are some touching moments as well.
so i give it 4 outta 5 popcorns.
definately worth a catch.

dinner at grace uncle's thai restuarant.
yummy food and tom yum soup. hohoho
and its home sweet home. preparation for monday to go to work -_-"

yesterday is so not my day
i needed to get drinks for myself and another friend of mine
so i decided to get 1 irish coffee and 1 hot chocolate
i ordered and and then i open my wallet i only have 10bulks inside!!

me: "excuse me, do you accept nets here?"
cashier: "oh, no. cash only."
me: "gosh~ than please cancel the hot chocolate. i'll settle for the irish coffee and 1 can drink."

*cash register rolling....tada. total 9bulks*

poor me, only left with a dollar.
and mind you, im not at some kopitiam ok! i was at a nice "well-known" cafe in town!!!

moving on (thats not the end of my story yet!)
since car parks all install ERP and you pay for your parking with your cashcard, it doesn't matter if you're only left with 1dollar in your wallet.

so i left happily and oh-my-god, car park erp parking system is down!!!
zzz...everyone has to pay $2.15 per car.
and im left with a dollar!!!
so rumbling through my bag and wallet i manage to dig out.................
$2.05.

thank god carpark auntie is nice. she let me go with $2.05. (10cents discount).
i bet she must be thinking, "aiyo drive car but no moo-la pay parking*

its so not my day yesterday!!!

some random thoughts

- ok people, i know the last post i posted was 1 month ago. haha time flies...1 month has passed...cobwebs must be all over my blog by now...but seriously there ain't much interesting things to blog when you work everyday... i'm really impressed by those hard-core bloggers that blog everyday!! no offence to people out there but their blogs are really really so detailed!! down to the little-nitty details like what they do, eat, wear, time blar blar blar...oh man do they really document all the details down? it's like somekinda daily schedule/journal of their every-day details.

- when you start to work, you'll learn more things. open up your eyes to office politicis...well well well, shall not say much but politics are everywhere...parties bombing one another...gosh take shelter yeah!!

- watch bourne ultimanium with mroke and grace on saturday...looks like most of my saturday are gonna be in fernvale, lying on the comfy bed watching the square box with 11 (or 12??) man chasing after 1 round thing...bleahz* EPL is here so im sure most/all boyfriends are confirned at home staring till their eyes pop out! -_-" i still don't undertstand the wonders of soccer. well, guess guys will also not understand the wonders and joy of retail therapy for us ladies. so lets not try too hard to crack our brains and understand each other joys. haha
