weather these few days are so crappy...it can be bright and sunny one moment and dark clouds gathering the next moment...it's been raining nonstop these few days and hate going out when it's raining...makes me wet and my slippers dirty...
anyway went out with geraldine and michelle today and we got caught with the unexpected rain again!! they decided to buy a umbrella from 7-11 since i'm smart enough to bring mine out and gosh...we had such a bad experience at that 7-11...
geraldine just ask the cashier if he could cut off the price tag for her cause the price tag was tag to the umbrella with the plastic strip...and guess what! the conversation goes like this
geraldine: can u cut off the price tag for me?
cashier A: can't you cut it off yourself?
geraldine: *thinking* hello! this price tag is tag to the umbrella with the plastic strip, how u expect me to cut without a scissors?
geraldine: do you have a scissors?
cashier A:we don'thave scissors here
cashier B (standing beside cashier A):let me cut for you
geraldine:thanks, i thought you don't have scissors (saying to cashier A)
cashier A: don't have scissors, what can you do! mei you scissors yao zheng yang! (shouting at us when we left 7-11)
have u ever seen such sucky attitude before? hello u're in service line, is that the way you treat your customer...thankfully this cashier is not singaporean, shall not disclose where he is from but he definately have a bad service attitude...geraldine was fuming when she left the shop...
